Asian Asphalt Company Limited was established on May 18, 2011, with a registered capital of 5 million baht and currently increased to 120 million baht. ล่าสุดบริษัทฯได้ปรับปรุงโรงงานและไลน์การผลิต โดยได้มีการก่อสร้างแทงค์เพิ่ม ทั้งนี้ "บริษัท สวิฟท์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง แอนด์ เทรดดิ้ง จำกัด" เป็นผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างให้ และที่ผ่านมาในโรงงานผลิตได้มีการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรโดยใช้นวัตรกรรมล้ำสมัย จาก "IKA Works (Asia) Sdn Bhd" จากประเทศมาเลเซีย

บริษัท เอเชี่ยน แอสฟัลท์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2554 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 5 ล้านบาทและเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 120 ล้านบาทในปัจจุบัน โดยเกิดจากการร่วมมือกันของกรรมการ 3 คน คือ นายต่อศักดิ์ หาญพิทักษ์กุล นายชาญ หาญพิทักษ์กุล และ นายณัฐนารถ สินธุนาวา เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจโรงงานผลิตภัณฑ์จากแอสฟัลต์ รับซื้อและจัดจำหน่ายแอสฟัลต์ซีเมนต์ อีกทั้งยังมีการรับซื้อ จัดจำหน่าย และรับจ้างผลิตแอสฟัลต์ แอสฟัลต์โพลิเมอร์ โมดิฟายด์ทุกชนิด เพื่อใช้สำหรับสร้างทางและซ่อมบำรุงผิวทาง
